DoubleTree Bethesda-Washington, D.C. sold for $50M

JLL arranged the sale of the DoubleTree Bethesda-Washington, D.C. on behalf of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust. The Bernstein Companies, headquartered in Washington, D.C., acquired the 270-room hotel for $50.1 million. TBC will also manage the full-service hotel as a DoubleTree, and plans to execute a repositioning of the property.

The DoubleTree Bethesda features 270 guestrooms, more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, a full-service restaurant, seasonal rooftop pool and sundeck, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the National Institutes of Health and the Bethesda Metro.
