EOS Investors acquired the Press Hotel, Autograph Collection, a 110-key lifestyle hotel located in Portland, Maine. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed. The acquisition adds a top Portland hotel to EOS’s New England portfolio, encompassing 16 hotels, including eleven in Maine specifically.

Originally constructed in 1947 as the headquarters of the Portland Press Herald, The Press Hotel was redeveloped into a luxury boutique hotel. The property has 110 guestrooms and suites, UNION restaurant, the Inkwell cocktail lounge, approximately 3,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, and curated art and design elements inspired by the building's journalistic heritage.
