An affiliate of Everwood Capital Partners has acquired the Hyatt Regency Green Bay (Wis.) and KI Convention Center from an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corp. The cost of the deal was not disclosed.
Under the new ownership, the property is set to undergo a full renovation. The operations are now overseen by Scarlett Hotel Group, with Jessie Shelby continuing her role as general manager.
The acquisition of Hyatt Regency Green Bay and KI Convention Center marks Everwood’s latest venture following the merger with Scarlett Hotel Group earlier this year.
“We are thrilled for Hyatt Regency Green Bay’s next chapter as Everwood and Scarlett Hotel Group are committed to continue providing exceptional experiences to guests, customers and World of Hyatt members,” Paul Daly, global head of franchise and owner relations at Hyatt, said in a statement. “Hyatt’s owner-centric approach positions us as a franchisor of choice, and we are excited to continue to work closely with the hotel’s new ownership and management. We are confident they will uphold the Hyatt Regency brand’s legacy of excellence.”
