GL Rogers and Company has acquired the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Greensboro, N.C. Other terms were not disclosed. This move marks an expansion in GL Rogers and Company's portfolio, solidifying its commitment to investing in thriving communities and building upon its legacy of providing exceptional guest experiences through Maine Course Hospitality Group's management, according to the company. 

Under new ownership, the Greensboro Four Points by Sheraton will be managed by Maine Course Hospitality Group. The collaboration between GL Rogers and Company and Maine Course Hospitality Group is poised to elevate the hotel's service standards and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

The hotel is located 10 minutes from the international airport at the intersection of I-40 and highway 68.
