Hamister Group, Buffalo, N.Y., has acquired the Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown-Langhorne, Pa., from Pheasant Run Hotel. The purchase price and other terms were not disclosed.
“We are excited to add the 12th hotel to our managed portfolio. This expands our reach to provide exceptional customer service with another Hilton product,” Hamister Group Chairman and CEO Daniel Hamister said in a statement.
The facility, opened in 2010 and renovated in 2018, serves the broader Philadelphia and New Jersey market. In addition to its 104 guestrooms, the hotel has meeting space, a fitness center, a business center and an indoor pool.
