Hotel Equities has, through its affiliate, Virtua Partners, and with financing arranged by Virtua Credit Corp., purchased the Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy. The company will operate and continue to oversee the property, which is located down the road from the U.S. Air Force Academy’s north entrance.
“Since assuming management of the asset, Hotel Equities has added significant value through implementation of their proprietary labor models and cost initiatives,” said Quinn Palomino, principal of Virtua Partners, noted his company's investment into the property and HE’s management expertise are expected to "facilitate optimal performance results and maximum returns for investors.”
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities, a hotel ownership, management and development firm, affiliated with Virtua Partners last year, allowing it to expand on its hospitality portfolio through new development and acquisitions. HE currently manages more than 30 Fairfield Inn & Suites and more than 120 hotels in the United States and Canada.
