The recently opened Holiday Inn Express Kansas City North Parkville was acquired by Kansas City Prime Properties in a deal facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors.

The 92-room property was sold by Creekside Hotel Partner for an undisclosed purchase price. The hotel is adjacent to Creekside Baseball Park, a 23-acre facility that has become a regional destination for youth and high school baseball, featuring six turf fields and attracting an estimated one million visitors annually. Located directly off I-435, the property offers access to the surrounding retail and entertainment corridor, including The Legends area.

HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller. The marketing and negotiations were led by Herb Warmbrodt, principal and broker of record for Missouri, along with Beau Mullenix, SVP in St. Louis, and Adam Lallani, vp, in Houston.

“The buyer recognized the value of the location proximate to Creekside Baseball Park, which hosted baseball teams from across the United States and the continued growth of The Legends Entertainment District just south of the property,” Warmbrodt said in a statement.
