Hunter Hotel Advisors oversaw the sale of the SpringHill Suites Greensboro. The North Carolina property was sold for an undisclosed price and Hunter's SVP Mayank Patel represented the institutional seller. Other terms were not disclosed.
Greensboro is the third largest city in North Carolina, expanding the hotel’s reach to diverse guests visiting for business, education and leisure. The growing region has an infrastructure that is home to distinctive brands, including VF Corporation, Columbia Forest Products and Qorvo.
Built in 2004, the 82-key SpringHill Suites Greensboro sits directly along the retail and residential corridor of I-40, with king and double suites. There is a complimentary breakfast, access to the 24/7 fitness center and an indoor pool.
