The Best Western Ashbury Inn in LaGrange, Ky., was acquired by Ravi Krishna in a deal facilitated by Huff, Niehaus & Associates.
The 99-room property is located along Interstate 71 between Louisville, Ky. and Cincinnati. The hotel's location has made it a destination for travelers visiting Oldham County and the greater Louisville metropolitan area, according to the Louisville, Ky-based brokerage firm, which represented the buyer in the sale. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"The sale of the Best Western Ashbury Inn reflects the continued strength of the hospitality investment market and the long-term value investors see in well-positioned lodging assets," Brandt Niehaus, president of Huff, Niehaus & Associates and member of Hotel Brokers International, said in a statement.
