Mario Hotels has sold the 74-room Sleep Inn & Suites Ocala-Belleview in Ocala, Fla. to Ocala 484 Hotel, LLC. Terms and price were not disclosed. DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
DSH Hotel Advisors held the exclusive listing with the seller, and used a confidential marketing approach for the listing, securing the buyers by leveraging their existing client base.
