The DelMonte Hotel Group has sold the Marriott Rochester Airport in Rochester, N.Y., to SAI Global Investments for an undisclosed amount. Other terms were not disclosed.
The Marriott Rochester Airport has 210 rooms in the third-largest metropolitan area in New York. Centered around multiple industrial and corporate demand generators, the hotel is half of a mile from Eastman Business Park and less than 15 minutes from downtown and East Rochester—home to major companies like Kodak, Xerox, Paychex, Wegmans, Bausch & Lomb and Sutherland Global.
Hunter Hotel Advisors and Mayank Patel, senior vice president of Hunter, advised the seller.
“DHG is excited to have executed on another successful sale with Mayank and Hunter Hotel Advisors," DelMonte Hotel Group CEO and President Alex DelMonte said in a statement. "This transaction represents the 10th hotel that DHG has entrusted the Hunter team to sell, and as always the Hunter team ran a competitive process that allowed us to maximize the value in our asset.”
