Milmark Hotel/Motel Investments, LLC recently arranged the sale of two Wisconsin properties in separate deals.
R&D Hunt, LLC sold the Avalon Hotel & Conference Center in Chippewa Falls, Wis., to Badger State Hospitality, LLC for $1.5 million. The hotel features 67 guestrooms, a restaurant and bar, a pool, hot tub and fitness room. Its conference space can accommodate groups of up to 400 guests and provides service staff, a private bar and a large dance floor.
Atithi LLC acquired the 120-room Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Stevens Point, Wis. from Shree Narayan, LLC. The hotel, situated between Eau Claire and Green Bay, includes a restaurant, meeting space and an indoor heated pool.
Nearby points of interest include the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, the Iverson Park Winter Sports Area, the Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum and Stevens Point Brewery.
