The 77-room MainStay Suites in St. Robert, Mo., has been acquired by Shreeji RAS in a deal facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors.

The MainStay Suites St. Robert – Fort Leonard Wood was sold by Erhardt’s Lebanon, based in St. Robert, Mo. HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller on this transaction. The city’s primary economic engine, Fort Leonard Wood, generates billions of dollars annually through military spending and employee salaries and is located between Springfield and St. Louis.

The marketing and negotiations were led by Herb Warmrbodt, principal – Kansas City; Beau Mullenix, SVP & broker on record for Missouri; Jeff Preston, SVP – Chicago; and Olivia Brenner, associate – Denver.

“The buyer capitalized on the unique opportunity to reposition and further improve the property’s performance post PIP renovation in a strong and stable Military market with its proximity to Fort Leonard Wood, one of the largest military training bases in the nation,” Mullenix said in a statement.
