Illinois-based hotel development and management company NexGen Hotels has acquired the Even Hotel Miami Airport. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The upscale select-service hotel will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group of St. Louis. The property marks the brand's debut in the NexGen portfolio.
Situated a mile from Miami International Airport and minutes from the Port of Miami, the hotel is a stopover for cruise travelers. Even Hotel Miami Airport gives guests convenient access to Waterford Business District, Brickell City Centre and Miracle Mile. Nearby attractions include DRV PNK Stadium, LoanDepot Park, the University of Miami, Florida International University, South Beach, Miami Seaquarium, and the future Miami Freedom Park Stadium.

Each guestroom at Even Hotel Miami Airport has an in-room training zone, workspace, LED mood lighting, blackout shades and eucalyptus linens. The guest bathroom has a spa-inspired shower with Beekman bath products. Amenities at the pet-friendly hotel include green areas for dog walking; a resort-style swimming pool; a 24/7 fitness studio with equipment for cardio, yoga and weight training; and and the Even Kitchen & Bar.
