North Central Group sells Nebraska Hampton to Nightcap Hospitality

Wisconsin-based owner/operator North Central Group sold the 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites Omaha Southwest-La Vista in Nebraska to Nightcap Hospitality.

The hotel features 925 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and a pool. It is located in La Vista, less than a 20-minute drive outside of Omaha, and under a 45-minute drive from Lincoln, Neb.

“This property shows like a brand-new Hampton Inn & Suites, and with its location adjacent to the under-development Nebraska Sports Complex, and in the fastest-growing county in Nebraska, it should continue to increase its performance and be a market-leader for years to come,” said Mike Dubè, VP of HREC Investment Advisors, which arranged the sale. Dubè led the marketing, negotiations and final sale with CEO/founder Mike Cahill, SVP Scott Kaniewski and VP Jeff Preston.

The buyer, Nightcap Hospitality, has developed 20 hotels in Nebraska, in addition to completing acquisitions and developments in neighboring states. North Central Group, based in Middleton, Wis., owns and operates more than 25 hotels under brands within the Hilton and Marriott International families.
