Ohana Real Estate has acquired the Hilton Brooklyn New York for $110 million from Tidal Real Estate, according to various reports citing New York records. The site also includes three retail units.

Tidal Real Estate, then known as Flank, paid $88 million to buy Carlyle Group out of its stake in the property in 2016. The two bought the site in 2012 for $38.2 million to develop the 196-key Hilton property, which opened in late 2016.

Ohana owns a number of other hotels across the United States, including the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Cedar Creek, Texas, and Boston's Hotel Commonwealth, which it bought for $113 million in 2020.
