The 113-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Omaha, Neb., has been sold in a deal facilitated by Marcus & Millichap. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown was built in 2008 and occupies 2.35 acres in the city’s downtown hospitality district. The limited-service hotel—which completed a renovation in October of 2025—features a range of amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center, on-site laundry and flexible meeting space.
The property is within walking distance of Charles Schwab Field, home of the College World Series, as well as major employers and demand generators, according to the Calabasas, Calif.-based brokerage firm. Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the hotel for the seller and procured the buyer, both of which are private investor groups. Adam Lewis is Marcus & Millichap's Nebraska broker of record.
