Omni acquires sixth KSL property: Montelucia Resort & Spa

Omni Hotels and Resorts has closed a deal with private equity firm KSL Capital Partners on Scottsdale's Montelucia Resort & Spa in Paradise Valley, Ariz. The property will be renamed the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is in addition to the five KSL properties Omni bought back in July.

The Montelucia Resort & Spa has 253 guestrooms, 38 suites and two presidential suites.
