The Home2 Suites Tampa USF/Busch Gardens has been acquired by Sonari Capital Partners in a deal facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors.
Sonari Capital Partners—which is a Tampa-based principal-led hotel private equity investment firm—purchased the property from RPS Holdings, which was represented by HREC in the transaction. The marketing and negotiations were led by Ted Anka, SVP, located in the HREC Investment Advisors Miami office.
The 106-room hotel is located off I-275 and at the entrance of the University of South Florida. Other nearby attractions to the hotel such as the Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, the USF Botanical Gardens, the Museum of Science and Industry, USF Sun Dome and the AdventHealth Tampa.
