Tuuci Worldwide has acquired Pavilion Furniture. Pavilion will continue to operate as its own company and brand, independent from Tuuci’s umbrella and cabana divisions.
Pavilion has designed and manufactured exterior furnishings for over 40 years. The company will now be led by Ward Usmar, who has been with TUUCI for 15 years and has been in the outdoor furniture industry for over 22 years. He served on the International Casual Furnishings Association Board from 2011-2016, and as chairman from 2013-2014.
Tuuci is a designer and manufacturer of parasols and shade structures. It was established 20 years ago by Dougan Clarke, CEO. It is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has EMEA headquarters in The Netherlands and Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore.
