Hotel Equities to manage two Indianapolis hotels

Hotel ownership, management and development company Hotel Equities has been tapped to manage the Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport and the Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport. The company now operates 14 hotels in Indiana.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites, owned by JJI Group, and The Residence Inn, owned by JJI Hospitality, are neighboring properties two miles from the Indianapolis International Airport.

“These additions to our portfolio highlight our commitment to expanding our presence in key markets and delivering exceptional experiences to our guests,” said Al Smith, president of hotel operations at Hotel Equities. “We look forward to maximizing the potential of these properties and exceeding the expectations of both business and leisure travelers in the Indianapolis area.”

Both hotels are near downtown Indianapolis and companies like Eli Lilly and PepsiCo. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Airport has an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center while its suites have separate living and sleeping areas. The Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport has an outdoor patio and fire pit, a fitness center and an indoor pool. The guestrooms include fully equipped kitchens and the property provides a grocery service if needed.
