McKibbon Hospitality is set to manage the Aloft Denver North Westminster. The 120-room pet-friendly property marks McKibbon’s fifth managed Aloft and first hotel in the Colorado market as the company continues its westward expansion, having also recently assumed management of Hyatt House Austin Downtown.
Aloft Denver North Westminster is owned by Colorado-based real estate investment company Brinkman Real Estate. “We’re thrilled to welcome McKibbon Hospitality as our new management partner at Aloft,” Dan Metzger, partner and COO of Brinkman Real Estate, said in a statement. “Not only do they set the standard for hotel management, but they also bring deep expertise in the Aloft brand.”
Aloft Denver North Westminster is close to the area attractions including TopGolf Thornton, Denver Premium Outlets and Westminster Promenade and downtown Denver a short drive away.
