Texas hotel updates meeting and event space

The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa has updated the property’s meeting and event space areas with new carpeting, wall coverings, light fixtures, furniture and an LED panel with digital signs. The design was inspired by the Texas Hill Country landscape of rolling hills and rivers.

The 40,080-square-foot Nelson W. Wolff Exhibit Hall has been completely renovated with updates to carpet, wallpaper, paint and furniture. Two ballrooms—the 40,500-square-foot Grand Oaks Ballroom and 21,120-square-foot Cibolo Canyon Ballroom—and 20,000 square feet of space among 19 breakout rooms were refreshed with new carpet.

In addition to updated meeting spaces, the resort recently debuted new digital signage including a new LED panel with a resolution of 1,152 by 768 pixels that measures approximately 9 feet by 6-and-a-half feet.

In total, the 1,002-room JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa has more than 265,000 square feet of event space. The hotel also has an 18,00-square-foot multiuse pavilion area for additional indoor and outdoor function space.
