TMGOC completes Hampton Inn Sarasota renovation

TMGOC Ventures, a real estate and development private equity firm headquartered in Charleston, S.C. and Boca Raton, Fla., has completed a multi-million dollar project to refresh and revitalize the Hampton Inn Bee Ridge Sarasota located in Sarasota, Fla.

To better serve guests, the hotel now features a transformed open-concept lobby with a new grab-and-go food marketplace for added convenience. 

Guests will feel at home in each of the updated 121 pet-friendly guestrooms. Each guestroom features a fully renovated bathroom and was redesigned for efficiency and comfort. The bright and vibrant rooms have been reappointed with new carpeting, bedding and flat-screen televisions to enhance the guest experience. 

Meeting spaces have been upgraded—now offering more than 1,200 square feet of meeting space and two meeting rooms—to meet the demands of business travelers. Additional amenities include an outdoor whirlpool, complimentary daily breakfast and free parking.

The Hampton Inn Bee Ridge is a Hilton select-service hotel and offers an ideal location for leisure and business travelers. Directly located off of 1-75, the hotel is a short drive to the Siesta Key Beaches, Nathan Benderson Park and the Mall at University Town Center. 

As of April 2, 2024, Lexima Lodging (Lexima) has assumed operational control of three of TMGOC's Southwest Florida properties: Hampton Inn Bee Ridge Sarasota, the Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, and the Home 2 Suites Sarasota-Bradenton Airport. TMGOC announced a strategic agreement and investment in Lexima Lodging earlier this month that will Lexima gradually assume operational control of the majority of TMGOC properties. Lexima currently operates two additional TMGOC properties: The Moxy Charleston Downtown in Charleston, S.C., and the Holiday Inn in Boca Raton, Fla.
