Enseo has launched a property content management system, Core Create, that aims to help hoteliers edit and publish TV user interface updates directly to guestroom TVs. The updates can reflect hotel offerings, seasonal features, brand updates and targeted messaging.
By providing hotels with automated and autonomous services, Enseo aims to help hoteliers communicate more effectively with guests. Core Create lets a centralized or single user control all TVs on property from a desktop or laptop computer.
Hardware agnostic, Core by Enseo is available on a range of both TV and set-back box platforms, allowing for flexibility in new installs while also ensuring consistency and cost benefits with upgrades that need to account for multiple technologies.
“Guest expectations are changing—they want the same comfort and familiarity with the technology in hotel rooms as their living rooms," Enseo CEO Corey Rhodes said in a statement. "Core Create [improves] the ability for the hotel to meet guest expectations, while simplifying management of the process.”
In 2022, Core by Enseo was announced as the rebrand and successor of the E3 platform. Core Create is a feature of Core by Enseo, which lets hoteliers manage content including text, graphics, pictures and video. Guestroom TV UI updates occur in three steps: Login, Select and Publish.
