Logos Hotels buys Atlanta airport property

Logos Hotels purchased the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West Camp Creek Parkway from BPR Properties. Other terms were not disclosed. Mayank Patel, SVP of Hunter, arranged the sale for BPR Properties in North Carolina.

“Mayank and his team once again proved their status as one of the premier advisory firms in the hospitality industry," BPR Properties President Birju Patel said in a statement. "They were able to consummate this transaction in one of the more difficult lending environments in recent years. This disposition will allow BPR to redeploy funds and continue focusing on premium branded select-service developments throughout the southeast."

The property is located three miles from the world’s busiest airport, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International, and within 10 minutes of downtown Atlanta. The Hampton Inn & Suites has 119 guestrooms, a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
