Mineral composite tubs: Designer collection by MTI Baths

MTI Baths expanded its Designer collection with five freestanding tubs made with MTI’s mineral composite material. Available as a soaker or air bath, the mineral composite tubs bring new styles and shapes to the collection of bathroom products, including the “stone look”. The new tubs are crafted from a signature blend of minerals mined from nearby quarries in Georgia. Each piece is treated with a polyresin coating resulting in a high gloss white finish that is insulating for soaks that stay warm longer. The non-porous surface is durable, resistant to stains, scratches and UV damage, and is easy to clean and maintain. The mineral composite tubs are engineered with generous proportions, deep bathing wells and strategic lumbar support. Styles range from traditional to modern.

The tubs include: Charlotte, notable for its classic lines, curved ends and delicately rounded rim; Hudson, a vintage-inspired design embellished with a raised linear detail; Adeline, which has oval proportions that create a chic profile and modern rim; Madison, a rectangular tub with concave design and flat edge; and Hamilton, which has flowing lines and graceful curves that blend into a distinctive profile.

As with all MTI tubs, the mineral composite tubs are crafted in the US and finished by hand. The tubs are covered by a 10-year warranty and ship within a 10-day lead time. MTI’s Designer Collection of acrylic tubs – including freestanding, drop-in, undermount and alcove installations – offers a selection of healing hydrotherapies and sensory therapies.
