Atelier Ace to introduce Studio Shamshiri-designed Maison de la Luz in New Orleans

Ace Hotels will enter the luxury market with the launch of a boutique property that will be located across from the Ace Hotel New Orleans. The property, which will be known as the Maison de la Luz, will have 67 rooms that will be developed with Los Angeles-based design firm Studio Shamshiri.

The property is slated to open in spring 2019 and will feature a library bar.

According to Kelly Sawdon, chief brand officer of Atelier Ace, Maison de la Luz will be largely inspired by New Orleans.
