Chula Vista Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton will open in May.

The hotel was created as a "vertical estate" that incorporates green spaces and outdoor areas throughout.

The bar highlights the property’s natural environment, with a panoramic view of the ocean dominating the space.

Designed by SB Architects, the Florida tower will have 121 condominiums and a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel.

The property will break ground this summer and is slated to open in Los Angeles’ Koreatown next year.

The property is part of a new 30-acre mixed-use development that includes residences, restaurants, a brewery and a ballpark.

The retreat, designed and built by Kohler Co., sits on several acres of wilderness along the Sheboygan River and across from the Kohler Stables.

The Florida hotel, which was acquired as three adjoining land parcels that span more than a half-acre, will consist of 171 guestrooms.
