Fourth My Place planned for Montana

My Place Hotels of America is developing its fourth property in Montana. Construction has commenced on site at 755 Treeline Road in Kalispell, with an expected opening date of April 2019.

A group of Montana investors has combined forces to build the new four-story, 85-unit My Place. AMI Development, a firm local to Kalispell, is at the helm of construction. The property will be managed by Management Consultants, which also operates a portfolio of properties spanning multiple brands throughout Montana.

Managing member Mike Johnson said the Kalispell location will meet the growing demands of the market. In addition to serving as the gateway to the surrounding Glacier National Park and Flathead National Forest, Kalispell is home to a rapidly growing business environment and a regional center for family activities and youth sports.

“We are so excited to expand our presence in the dynamic market of Kalispell, Montana,” Johnson said in a statement. “The Flathead Valley needs a reasonably priced, extended stay option and this hotel will fill that niche nicely.”

All My Place Hotels offer modern amenities, and each extended stay guestroom includes a My Kitchen, complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is pet friendly, includes on-site laundry facilities, complimentary high speed internet service and a 24-hour My Store, located in the hotel lobby and stocked with an array of supplies for the guests’ convenience.

My Place Hotels of America currently has 43 hotels open and operating with a near-term pipeline of 75 additional hotels and midterm commitments for upwards of 40 more hotels to follow.
