Following the opening of Ikos Dassia in Corfu this year, Ikos Resorts is adding a fourth property to its collection of all-inclusive Greek resorts. The Ikos Aria is slated to open on Kos Island in May.

The beachfront hotel will overlook the Aegean Sea, with an ancient basilica situated right in the middle of Ikos Aria’s shore. The property will be 45 minutes from the town of Kos and 20 minutes from Kos International Airport, which has direct flights from London Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted airports.

The resort will have 373 guestrooms and one- and two-bedroom suites. Some accommodations will include private balconies, gardens and pools.

Ikos Aria will have eight restaurants and seven bars, as well as a private beach for guests that will include free childcare for up to 30 minutes and a designated adults-only area. For more structured activities, the resort will offer tennis courts (with lighting for nighttime games), aerobics classes, basketball, beach badminton, volleyball, canoeing, paddle boats, paddle boarding, mountain biking, Pilates, Zumba, table tennis and other activities. Motorized watersports are available for a fee.

Guests ages four to 17) can play in a complimentary kids' club, and the resort will provide childcare for guests under the age of four for a fee.
