JDS Development Group, a U.S.-based real-estate company, and Mercedes-Benz will develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded resident in the U.S. — Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami. The 67-story, mixed-use residential project will include a 174-key hotel that has yet to be branded.
At over 2.5 million square feet, it is one of the largest projects currently under construction in Florida. It is also the first branded real estate project for Mercedes-Benz in the United States, centered around the theme of "Timeless Design, Inspired by Miami."
In addition to the condo residences, the development will include 200,000 square feet of office space, health and wellness facilities, the hotel, retail shops and on-site parking. Designed by urban landscape designers Field Operations, who are best known for their work on the Highline in New York and the Underline in Miami, Mercedez-Benz Places will also include the largest green area in the Brickell neighborhood.
