Moxy Denver/Cherry Creek in development for Colorado

BMC Investments, in partnership with Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, continues construction of the eight-story Moxy Denver/Cherry Creek. This will be the first Vision-managed hotel in Colorado.

The 170-room hotel will have a modern design that promotes a social atmosphere, and guestrooms will have unobstructed mountain and Denver skyline views. The hotel will also provide amenities such as an outdoor patio and beer garden, a full-service bar and lounge including a social public area with games, a flexible meeting and pre-function space and a gym with state of the art cardiovascular equipment.

The hotel will also include a 42-inch television in all guestrooms, grab-and-go bites and keyless entry access in all rooms with Marriott’s mobile check-in app.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Vision Hospitality Group to bring to Cherry Creek North something it currently lacks—a lifestyle lodging experience at an affordable price,” Matt Joblon, CEO of BMC, said in a statement.

Projected to open in the fall of 2017, the Moxy will be located in Cherry Creek North, the most upscale residential, office, and retail neighborhood in Denver.  Cherry Creek North affords guests access to a range of restaurants, outdoor shopping, art galleries and the Cherry Creek Mall.

“We are excited to be entering Denver’s robust market,” Vision President & CEO Mitch Patel said in a statement. “Vision is honored to continue our relationship with Marriott International and to have the opportunity to participate in the development and management of this project with BMC Investments. We are also excited to manage one of the most innovative brands in the U.S. market.”

The Moxy is part of Vision’s pipeline of 19 hotels currently under development.
