The 105-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Buffalo, N.Y., is scheduled to Sept. 14, 2018. Located at 620 Delaware Avenue, the all-suite Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates of Canton, Mass.
Located downtown and 8 miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, the Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown offers its guests access to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, the Buffalo Convention Center and the KeyBank Center.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Guestrooms at the hotel will include plus mattresses, large work desks, ergonomic chairs and complimentary high-speed internet access. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
The Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown also offers a grocery delivery service, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour onsite food-and-beverage market, dry cleaning services, an onsite guest laundry room, an indoor swimming pool and an exercise room. The hotel also maintains a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials.
