Locally based TGC Group expects to break ground on a 95-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in Wichita, Kan., this fall. Located in Wichita’s Delano District, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Delano will be a quick walk or drive from Ballpark Village, Intrust Bank Arena, Century II, Exploration Place and Advanced Learning Library.
“We are incredibly excited to be a part of the continued revitalization in Delano with a strong brand and believe the demand generators in the Wichita area offer tremendous potential,” Nick Esterline, president/founder of TGC Group, said in a statement.
The Home2 Suites by Hilton Delano, slated to be completed by winter 2020, marks TGC Group’s third hotel in Wichita and its 11th overall. TGC Construction Group will serve as general contractor for the project and TGC Hospitality Management will manage the hotel.
