ESa leads design of Margaritaville Nashville Hotel in ‘SoBro’ Downtown District

The Margaritaville Nashville Hotel in Tennessee is scheduled to open in summer 2019. The property broke ground in December 2017, with design led by Nashville-based architectural firm ESa, in conjunction with The McBride Company. JE Dunn is overseeing construction.

When completed, Margaritaville Nashville Hotel will have a rooftop relaxation and entertainment area, located on the fourth floor and accessible only to guests staying at the new hotel. With views of “SoBro” and “The Gulch,” as well as Music City’s downtown skyline, the rooftop relaxation and entertainment area will have a pool, sun deck with lounge chairs and cabanas, fire pits, live music and a new Margaritaville dining concept called FINS Bar. The design was inspired by the Nashville metropolitan scene, while embodying décor elements associated with Margaritaville’s laid-back lifestyle, including tropical flora and a Compass Rose emblem at the bottom of the pool.

The new hotel will have 217 guestrooms, 52 of which will be Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham timeshare units.
