Conrad London celebrates winter with a festive F&B twist

To celebrate the changing of the seasons, Conrad London St. James has launched its latest limited edition afternoon tea, Winter Solstice. Symbolising the epitome of winter, guests will be able to indulge in this deliciously decadent afternoon tea, which combines seasonal flavours with a festive twist.

Winter Solstice Afternoon Tea showcases a selection of sweet delicacies that herald the new season. The green apple and blackberry mousse and white forest gateaux are garnished with a Valrhona chocolate wreath. One of the finest chocolate brands in the world, Valrhona creates luxurious gourmet chocolate of the highest quality. The exquisite Manjari double chocolate orange tart is also served.

This touch of winter continues with an assortment of savoury creations - the classic turkey, sage and Parma ham sausage rolls and fig & blue cheese crostini are complimented by a selection of wintery roasted pecan scones, topped off with Devonshire clotted cream. A selection of festive and flavoursome finger sandwiches including beetroot and goats cheese, are also served to offer a delicious combination of flavours.
