Elderflower Collins
From the Omni La Mansión del Rio’s Four Brothers restaurant
1.5 oz Ritual Zero Proof gin
1.5 oz Bittermilk No.2
Club soda
Build cocktail in Collins glass, add ice and ingredients. Top with club soda and quickly stir for three seconds. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel
Oaxacan Old Fashioned
From the Omni La Mansión del Rio’s Four Brothers restaurant
1oz Ritual zero proof tequila
4oz Bittermilk No.1
Place all ingredients into a mixing beaker with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into rocks glass with large cube, garnish with expressed orange and Luxardo Cherry
Rio Perdido Faux ‘Rita
From the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport’s Lifted restaurant
1 oz Liber & Co. Orgeat
1 oz of fresh lime juice
1 oz orange juice
5 tsp of blue spirulina powder
Lime wheel garnish
Combine all ingredients in cup with ice. Roll ingredients into mixing tin and back into cup, then garnish and serve
Mint Berry Spritz
From the Omni Frisco Hotel at the Star
1 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz agave
.5 oz blackberry puree
3 mint leaves
Shake, rim wine glass with Tajin, Dump shaker into rimmed glass and top with soda water, Garnish with lime wheel
Cucumber Paloma
From the Omni Frisco Hotel at the Star
1 oz fresh lime Juice
1 oz agave
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Muddled cucumber
Shake, rim coupe glass with Tajin and cucumber. Strain into coupe glass and add a splash of soda.
