For one night only, Jon Cichon, executive chef at The Rittenhouse hotel in Philadelphia’s Lacroix, will be hosting Aubergine, a pop-up restaurant.
On Tuesday, June 21, the restaurant will open in the outdoor courtyard at The Rittenhouse. At $50 per ticket, you will get a taste of Cichon’s small plates and family style dishes, as well as complementary beer and wine.
“Aubergine will highlight the best produce of the moment,” said Cichon. “It’s the perfect opportunity for me to stray from the traditional formality of Lacroix while still maintaining the quality, creativity and elegance expected from The Rittenhouse.”
