Third-party hotel management company HP Hotels has added its first three Texas properties to its portfolio. These newcomers include the 123-room Holiday Inn Trophy Club, the 76-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South and the 79-room Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Cockrell Hill I-30.
Located in Trophy Club, the newly constructed Holiday Inn Trophy Club sits minutes from DFW International Airport and the Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Amenities include a business center, a gift shop, an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Among the hotel’s nearby attractions are the Texas Motor Speedway, the Shops of Southlake Town Center, historic downtown Grapevine and Grapevine Mills Mall.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South is situated 15 minutes from downtown Austin in Buda, Texas. The location offers an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center, an Express Start breakfast bar and a 52-person meeting space.
Located between Dallas and Arlington, Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Cockrell Hill I-30 sits among a range of outdoor recreation, amusement parks and cultural attractions. Options include the Museum of the American Railroad, the Dallas Arts District, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and the shops along Greenville Avenue. The hotel’s amenities includes a pool, a 24-hour fitness center and free hot breakfast.
