Aligned Hospitality Management promoted Tara Lundgren to vice president of operations. Lundgren, who was the general manager of the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Tucson (Ariz.) Airport, will join Aligned’s corporate team to oversee operations throughout the company’s growing portfolio of properties.
While working at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Tucson Airport, managed by Aligned, she moved up from her role as director of sales and marketing to take on the position of general manager. Lundgren spearheaded initiatives that elevated customer satisfaction levels and consistently met and exceeded brand benchmarks. She worked at several properties in Tucson, including the Hilton Tucson East, Radisson Suites Tucson and Marriott University Park, focusing on customer engagement, forecasting and team leadership, according to Aligned Hospitality Management CEO Bryan Tubaugh.
