Aligned Hospitality Management has appointed Deborah Lahti as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Lahti will join Aligned’s corporate team to lead and manage the company’s daily business operations, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support day-to-day hotel and corporate initiatives. She will report to Bryan Tubaugh, Aligned Hospitality Management CEO.
A seasoned hospitality industry professional, Lahti's most recent role was the director of hotel and resort sales at Visit Phoenix. Her responsibilities included collaborating with major brands, independent hotels, management companies, and ownership groups. Throughout her career, she has worked at several properties, including the Westin La Paloma and Westin Kierland resorts. She also previously served in a corporate role with another prominent management company, successfully overseeing the sales and marketing for a portfolio of 10 hotels, earning accolades for her strategic vision and leadership.
