Management company Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group appoints Brian Ehrlich as its vice president of business development. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Ehrlich is a veteran in the industry, working with premium brand hotels and resorts in major markets throughout the United States.
As a business development executive and an advisor to private equity groups, Ehrlich has closed and facilitated significant third-party management contracts throughout his career. At Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, he led the brand's expansion in vital core markets while serving as vice president and head of acquisitions for the Western states.
In addition to his business development involvement, Ehrlich has extensive investment experience as an owner, executive or advisor with several hotel private equity portfolios. As a principal, chief investment officer or advisor, he has been instrumental in acquiring or developing portfolio assets valued at $3 billion. While chief investment officer for hotels at Ensemble Investments, Ehrlich oversaw their expansion in crucial East and West Coast markets.
