Hotel Investor Apps adds director of customer onboarding

Hotel Investor Apps added Matthew Polk as director of customer onboarding. Polk is an experienced finance executive with a deep hospitality background. Most recently, he was vice president of finance at Tourists Welcome and Main Street Hospitality, where he handled all aspects of financial strategy, as well as corporate and property accounting functions. He has also implemented multiple software solutions in these roles.

“We are excited to welcome Matt to the HIA team,” Hotel Investor Apps CEO Charlie Fritsch said in a statement. “He brings strong hotel accounting and finance depth coupled with hands-on property experience, which will be a great asset and resource for new customers.”

Polk will spearhead the customer onboarding process, helping companies transition to HIA’s ERP and Accounting software, and managing the implementation timeline. Polk’s focus will be on streamlining communications and processes to make the transition as seamless as possible.
