As president, Marquis will continue to be responsible for investment, operations and development projects at Pacifica Hotels.

Marquis’ previous positions at Pacifica Hotels include VP and EVP. For nearly a decade, Marquis led asset management, feasibility, brand relations, acquisitions dispositions and strategic repositioning efforts at the company.

“Pacifica is projected to break out over the next 10 years. The strength of our portfolio is accredited to the leadership of our management team and dedication of employees at each property. Our reputation will allow us the opportunity to expand across the country,” Marquis said.

“Adam joined Pacifica Hotels at a critical time coming out of the recession in 2010. He developed a successful strategy that has been fundamental in positioning us as a top hospitality company coming into 2019,” said CEO Matt Marquis.

Formerly, Marquis held a senior consultant position at PKF Consulting. Before his tenure at PKF Consulting, Marquis served as the rooms division manager for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts after successfully completing the company's corporate management program. Marquis began his career training as a hospitality host with Walt Disney World Resorts. He holds a degree in hotel management from Utah Valley University.
