Rentyl Resorts appoints Michael Trampas as the company’s new executive vice president of business development and marketing. He will introduce new revenue opportunities created by Rentyl’s formula for combining a luxury resort vacation with the comfort of home living.
As the company redefines the ‘home-away-from-home’ experience across the hospitality, work, shopping and entertainment sectors, Rentyl has attracted globally respected brands such as the Jack Nicklaus Companies, The Walt Disney Travel Company, Margaritaville, Hilton, and Marriott International. Trampas will expand awareness of the financial benefits these and other companies have experienced by working with Rentyl.
“I encourage single-family home and resort-hotel developers, as well as strategic lifestyle brands interested in enhancing their presence in the hospitality experience, to connect with me,” Trampas said in a statement. “Joining Rentyl Resorts is an exciting opportunity to blend my passion for brand innovation and consumer-driven growth with a company that’s truly transforming the hospitality landscape.”
Trampas was previously executive vice president of Sobel Westex, a global hospitality and retail textiles leader. He has also been a senior executive with JCPenney, VCNY Home, Louis Hornick and Company, and CHF Industries. At those companies, he pioneered omnichannel business development strategies and innovations in customer-centric products.
“Michael brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality and retail lifestyle brand business development and marketing sectors,” said Rentyl Resorts CEO Nicholas Falcone. “He will be a key player in driving strategic revenue growth and innovation for our company.”
