Cruz, a seasoned hotel professional, brings experience and a proven track record of success through cost reduction, optimizing profitability and delivering exceptional results service to hotel partners. Cruz will oversee all aspects of hotel operations within the Resolute Road portfolio.
In his most recent role as chief operating officer at Hawkeye Hotels, Cruz oversaw a wide range of responsibilities across multiple departments. His leadership was instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of a portfolio of over 60 full-service and select-service hotels, along with managing eight restaurants across the country. Cruz's commitment to collaboration among departments and his dynamic leadership style was a key factor in achieving strategic goals and objectives. Prior to his role at Hawkeye, Cruz held positions as senior vice president of operations, vice president of operations, regional director of operations, and general manager at several leading hospitality organizations.
