Rosewood Hotel Group picks new regional director of revenue management

Rosewood Hotel Group appointed Jim Struna as regional director of revenue management, Eastern U.S. and the Caribbean. In this role, Struna will develop Rosewood’s revenue-management team and execute creative strategies in pricing, distribution and on-site reservations, with the aim of elevating revenue-management outcomes.

Struna joins Rosewood with more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, Struna led revenue management for the Auberge Resorts Collection as the corporate director of revenue management. Prior to this role, Struna held the position of director of marketing, sales, and revenue management at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort in Orlando.

Additionally, he has held senior leadership positions with Ginn Hospitality, Expedia, Hotwire, Millennium Copthorne Hotels and Richfield Hospitality. Struna also has experience in sales and digital marketing in a range of markets including New York City, Washington, D.C., Boston, Orlando, Northern California and the Caribbean Islands.

Struna is a sitting board member of Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International’s revenue-management advisory board, and a founding member of the association’s revenue management special interest group. He frequently participates in speaking events on topics related to his field and has been featured as a guest speaker at conferences led by several of the industry’s most influential companies and organizations.
