Hospitality management firm TPG Hotels & Resorts has appointed Prashanth Radhakrishnan EVP of commercial strategy. In this newly created executive role, Radhakrishnan will lead the company's integrated commercial strategy across revenue management, sales, digital commerce, distribution, and business analytics to drive top-line performance and long-term value creation across TPG's growing portfolio.
Radhakrishnan joins TPG Hotels & Resorts with more than 25 years of global hospitality commercial leadership experience spanning Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Taj Hotels.
Most recently, Radhakrishnan was global vice president of commercial and luxury intelligence at Marriott International, where he led the company's global analytical and commercial intelligence strategy. Previously, as vice president of revenue strategy for Marriott Asia Pacific, he led the commercial strategy for more than 900 hotels across 22 countries.

Radhakrishnan holds an MBA in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bangalore University, as well as certificates in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University and in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
