UniFocus, a provider of Workforce Management Systems, has formed a partnership with Rain, a financial wellness company. UniFocus will integrate Rain’s automated payment system into its workforce optimization solutions.
Available as an app, employees will have the option to access up to 50 percent of their earnings after each shift, receiving the rest of their wages on their designated payday. UniFocus integrates tip-pooling systems, which operate in real time, so tipped employees can also access wages daily. All UniFocus partners using Labor Management and/or Time Attendance will be able to access this option as well.
